Occold's dancefloor has air-conditioning, plus a well-equipped kitchen, & bar.  Ample parking is via a narrow drive beside the 'Beaconsfield Arms' on the main road, & which may serve food.

If coming UP the A140, at 'White Horse' pub, turn RIGHT signposted to Thorndon.
Occold is about 9 minutes away, being signposted once you reach Thorndon village.
From Ipswich you may prefer using the country route, avoiding the A140.

From Norwich direction, simply drive through Eye & keep going
for 2 miles out of the town, then take signposted left-turn into
Occold village, where you'll see the village hall on the RIGHT.
