Occold's dancefloor has air-conditioning, plus a well-equipped kitchen, & bar.  Ample parking is via a narrow drive beside the 'Beaconsfield Arms' on the main road, & which may serve food.

If coming UP the A140, at 'White Horse' pub, turn RIGHT signposted to Thorndon.  Occold is about 9 minutes away, being signposted once you reach Thorndon village.  From Ipswich you may prefer to use the country route, avoiding using the A140 at all.

From Norwich direction, simply drive through Eye & keep going
for 2 miles out of the town, then take signposted left-turn into
Occold village, where you'll see the village hall on the RIGHT.
