What is Balboa ?  …  If you like swing music and you like social partner dancing,
you'll love Balboa as much as we do.  It originated on the crowded dance floors of
the early Swing Dance era, and is now experiencing an exciting worldwide revival.

There is a subtle interaction between the leader & follower in a close hold position.
Most of the action is in the footwork, which can sometimes be quite fast.

In its later form, known as Bal-swing, opening out from the closed position
allows for extra variation and improvisation.

Its popularity is growing fast  —  so don't miss out !

remember …    step-step-hold-step    step-step-hold-step
